  • HOW TO STORE YOUR STARTER CULTURE
    Store the starter culture in the refrigerator or freezer until you’re ready to activate it. Use the starter culture by the date on the bag.

  • Rennet
  • Bottled Spring Water (Water Free of Chlorine and Fluoride)
  • Cheese Salt (to taste, for freezing)

  • Stainless Steel Pot that can hold a little over 4 Quarts with Lid (avoid aluminum)
  • Butter Muslin
  • Long Knife
  • Stainless steel / silicone / plastic colander (strainer)
  • Large Bowl
